During the Nazi occupation of Prague, a mysterious figure stalking the streets of the city '. "moves mainly at night. He had a long black coat, and at the foot of the special shoes equipped with heavy duty springs, which donavano an incredible capacity ': one to jump into the air to reach huge heights and distances for a man. Often exceeded walls, sometimes of entire houses with only one jump, derailing any attempt at pursuit. His face is not 'never been seen by anyone, some witnesses say that his eyes were bright as torches. People called him Perak . Cosi 'Ivan Mackie describes in a short paper devoted to this little-known Czech hero.
Actually' Perak ("the man with the soft" - "Spring Man") and ' a character which it 's never been proven to exist. But there are many stories that tell of this era hero who personified the resistance in Prague (and Czech) against the Nazis who occupied their territory. A person who sabotaged the plans of the occupiers and collaborators, they disturbed by her presence evanescent, and became the symbol of the will 'of the subject people who would not surrender.
When I heard of its history, the legends of him, and I 'felt like to write on a story, or rather a comic book. Hell, I love these old legends! But there 'was who had the idea (a lot) before me. :) The images you see are the transpositions of two Czech comics of years past: the first image and 'Jiri Grus, the other two of Adolf Lachman.
So '... now you know even the first (and probably only) Czech superhero! : P
Personally I think one of the best things ever seen in the Italian comics scene in recent years.
Morozzi + Petrucci give birth to a little gem new style (at least in the comic) that manages to excite the reader and hold it literally nailed to the events of the characters.
It 's a good sign when you finish reading a book and there remains very badly because you'll wait a bit' of time before you can read on.
This third volume I have slightly less fond of the previous, it may be because action steals a bit 'of space to the stories of the characters rather than the two previous volumes.
But now that the pieces were in place and you begin to grasp the "who" and "why" I'm really looking forward to reading the volumes of the second season to get involved in developments that are wide open to also light of the surprise ending.
Stra-advised. "
" Instead of closing, they helped!
Well, my dear friends, to fool me You do not think so, eh? The table starts to get warm and mail rooms, but damned if I do not come and see! "
